Kimberly
Armed with solid background in all phases of project management, business analysis , process modeling, requirements gathering, technical documentation, software validation and over 10 years on the Salesforce.com platform, I help customers, associates and non-profits use the power of the Salesforce platform. I am passionate about giving citizen developers the power to do what it takes to meet their business needs and Salesforce is the tool to make it happen.
What I bring to the table:
☁️ I take it as a personal challenge to deliver a low code, no code solution to meet all types of business needs
☁️ I mentor/coach/teach Salesforce declarative programming, business/systems analysis, how to test on Salesforce platform, how to troubleshoot issues on the platform, how to keep the org healthy
☁️ My designs include components that are generic and reusable
☁️ My designs are data driven so that changes in a business process will not always necessitate changes in code (declarative and/or code)
